Returns & Refunds Policy

For T-Shirts & Posters

All sales are final. However, if your order arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or is lost in transit, Printful (the manufacturer/distributer) will help make it right.

  • Quality Issues: Contact support@printful.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the issue.

  • Lost Packages: Contact support@printful.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

  • Returns: For any returns related to Printful’s production or fulfillment (including quality concerns or Brazil’s “right to regret”), email support@printful.com for instructions.

 

Printful will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund if eligible.

For Vinyl Stickers

All vinyl stickers are final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds, as each sticker is created and shipped by me.

If your sticker arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact me directly at eneuckranz@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery. I’ll review the issue and work with you to find a solution.
